Hi all

For better cooperation between team's members i suggests to use GOOGLE SERVICES for:

- calendar: time line, dead line of projects, etc...
- docs: exchange documents between member of a "XXXXX" group with the great feature of proofreading, etc...

for that is necessary only an gmail account (free) for every person of the XXXX team

this is only a propose but if you think is not useful please delete this thread.

I believe XOOPS would be capable of what we require.

WS-Projects for handling the projects and deadlines, etc

And forums for discussion and docs upload to proof read by the team before final publication.

I don't see why we would all need new E-mail accounts, we have many other ways at our finger tips.
