Problem Preloading Style.css via FTP

Hi All

I have this problem :
When i change the style.css on dreamweaver for exemple some colors , and i register the style.css and then when i load it via ftp on my server ( i delete all my temporaly files + templates_c on my server ) but the changes does not appears right away , somtimes after some hours i find out that something has changed ... can i know what's wroong here ?

Check your administration/system/preferences/general_settings . Make sure you have YES check for check for templates/html changes. See if that helps. After you make your changes you will want to change it back to NO if you are opened production site.

Also check your cache settings in the preferences and blocks too.

style.css changes are typically not cached by XOOPS, but they are cached by browsers. Delete your cookies and temp files for your browser, or view with another browser. Sometimes a reload in Firefox, or refresh in IE will help.
