Problem with new modules

hi all.

i use XOOPS about 1 year. but now when i upload a new module on /modules the system doesnt see that module so i can not install the module.

i dont understand what is the problem.

can anybody help.

What is the module?

Do you get any error message (turn PHP debug on).
