problem with cloning smartpartner

i've tried smartpartner 1.0.2, 1.2 and 1.4
i clone the module, install it and then, when i go to admin section, it says to me:

Error [Xoops]: Class SmartcalendarCalendarHandler does not exist

Handler Name: calendar | Module path : http://www.mywebsite.com/html/modules/tvcalendar/ in file http://www.mywebsite.com\html\modules\tvcalendar\include\functions.php line 250

have you any idea?
