Excuse me if this has already been asked but all my searches failed to turn up any information.

I run a Play By Email site and currently the game uses teams. I am looking for a module that will allow a user to send an email to a list of other users all at the same time, ie other teamates or a "press release" to all players. I want the email sender to be able to pick from a list of the members that have access to that specific game so as to stop spammers.

Again if this is the wrong forum or has already been answered please point me in the correct direction.

There is an existing module called Evennews (you might want to google for it as I remember a bugfix version was released on another site a long time ago).

There is also one in development called Smartmail over at the Smartfactory but it's not finished yet.

SmartMail can be used - even at the current stage... however it is not a final release, so i would suggest making test mails before any large scale ones.
