Can I hide the login box completely??

Hi, I am wondering if I can hide the login box completely, but still be able to allow myself to login to a site to edit it? Basically, I run a site with static content but am using XOOPS to manage it, and I don't want anyone to see a login box and think they can create an account. At the same time, I need to get to the login box myself obviously. Can this be done??

Simple way is to hide it for everyone... you don't need to see it to login.

Set it to hidden in block control, and log in to your site via:

http://www.sitename.com/user.php

thats what I did, exept on one theme I had to go manual remove the login reference from the main html in the themes folder.

Yes, some have it built into the theme so you don't need to enable the login block.
