Annoymous Users Can't See Content

Hi- I don't plan on making my content restricted, but when I try to access my site annoymously, all I get is the header (i have purposely turned off the blocks other than the ones i have made myself). Is there a way to get my custom blocks to show to users that are not logged in?

Have you ticked off the Custom Blocks in the Anonymous users section of Group Permissions? (System Admin)

when you go into groups are all your custom blocks checked off so that anonymous group can view them?

should be a path similiar to this:

www.your url/modules/system/admin.php?fct=groups&op=modify&g_id=3
