Hi Dear Xoopser,

I am new to this forum.

I like the theme of Xoops's official website very much -- which has white background with other colors looking very nice due to the contrast.

I am wondering if this theme/template is free or available in somewhere to download? thanks a lot for your kind advice...

Unfortunately this theme is not available for download, as it was designed for Xoops.org

BTW, is there any similar themes you'd like to recommend? thank you!

I tried the "4whitebusiness", but the effect was not very satisfying...
