It is posible to protect *.PDF file. Only private group to download or open it

How are you making the .pdf file available for download, i.e. from what module?

Not as far as I'm aware. However, some modules like Wf-downloads allow you to restrict access by category, so you could (say) place your PDF files in a category that was only accessible to members only.

Don't bother trying to protect the content of PDF files themselves, a lot of third-party PDF software doesn't respect Adobe's copy restrictions.
