Loaded userpage, polls, phpmyadmin, and wiwi modules to existing modules: system, website info, table logical check, popgen, multimenu, pical...
decided to remove userpage, polls, phpmyadmin modules from site and am now receiving "version 0 Module File for Not Found" in module administration with no image for module.

I reinstalled the three modules thinking one of them was the problem... no change... went into db and checked module table... no Problems that I can see.

I am currently running
xoops 2.0.16
mysql ver 4.1.20 redhat-linux-gnu
server Apache/2.0.54
php ver 5.1.4

How do I correct this problem and remove this "Module File for Not Found" in the module Administration

It could simply be the fact that you may have an empty folder in your /modules directory, or a folder within this directory that doesn't contain a xoops_version.php file in it.

I think XOOPS expects every subdirectory within /modules to contain module content, so it will complain if it finds a directory that doesn't.
