Umm... how do I enable the Quote feature in CBB 3.07??

I noticed that on these forums, there is a quote feature, but on my site (see sig), there's not. I tried searching the forums, but nothing. CBB 3.07. Anyone know how I can turn on the Quote option? Cuz I don't see it in preferences...

Go to the post that you wish to quote from and hit the "Reply" button. You'll then find the quote button near the bottom of the form.

Not intuitive, I feel - would be better next to the reply button like on other Forums. This way means two mouse-clicks instead of one.
