I am looking for a module to manage modules like the one on http://www.nanowrimo.org/ (news section). It has the categories in large print, the date, and the most current article on the front page. When clicked, it shows the list of all published articles under that category in order of publication. Is there a module that can do this?

You can make this with the news Module with the function block on fly

I can't figure out how to do the block on fly thing from the news module...
