Installed to htdocs! How can I fix it?

When I installed Xoops, I copied all of the files to the root directory... I repeat - I copied ALL of the files...

That means I copied everything including the htdocs IN the htdocs folder. My website works when I go to http://www.[mysite].com/htdocs

I copied the content of htdocs to the root directory, but how do I update all the links? They all link to the htdocs place, but not the root directory! Is there any way to change it manually instead of installing again?

Thanks!

you can edit in mainfile.php the virtual path and physical path but first you have to leave all the files in the folder they should be so you know the correct path
