Is it anybody with any idea how to add a classified onto a XOOPS site with the following options:
Before posting any classifieds the visitor has to register (in order to post and delete the ad), but the account information will not grant him/her access to the rest of the members site? Is that possible?

It should be easy - just set proper access rights in xoops...
It depends on your idea about the site. One way will be to give the registered users module access rights for classifieds, create another group and give them access to the restricted areas. You will have to assign users to this group.
Use admin -> system admin -> Groups to create, modify and set access rights.
