How do you change the date/time format???

Instead of 2006/11/27, I want 11/27/2006... anyone know how I can change this format in XOOPS? I can't seem to find an option for it...

Hi,
in your XOOPS folder ... /language/YOUR LANGUAGE/global.php file. There is :

define("_DATESTRING","Y/n/j G:i:s");
define("_MEDIUMDATESTRING","Y/n/j G:i");
define("_SHORTDATESTRING","Y/n/j");


with description of the options ...
..
