Hi everyone,

I am new to xoops, but find it excellent to use, however, all that I wish to do is something very simple, and have worked a few ways of doing it, but I think there probably is a better way/module to use for my simple scenerio.

All I want is a simple homepage, and a number of pages that the left hand menu has links too. This is all.

For example :

On the menu on the left I would have lets say 5 items :

Welcome
Contact us
Location
Message
Blah Blah

And these link to simple static kind of content, obviuosly Welcome is the Home page etc..

Now I understand this is very simple, but I want to use XOOPS to ensure I can extend it easily as new features are requested i nthe future, and this is why I dont want to write some simple html system only, but use a extensive framework like xoops.

I hope I have mad it clear in my above explanation, and I thank anyone in advance for your kind help

Cheers
jason
