Moving Xoops

Moving XOOPS Question -> Please redirect me if this has been answered elsewhere..couldnt find it

I am moving XOOPS from my XAMPP setup on local pc to my server, is this what I do

1) Just move the whole directory by ftp to the server
2) Change mainfile.php to reflect new settings
3) Put the database dump

Follow this FAQ to move your XOOPS site. If the directions are followed, you should not experience any unneeded headaches
