So my website looks okay on the front end, but in the Admin area, a lot of the data has disappeared. For example, "Blocks". None of my blocks show up in the listing to edit, update, etc. Same goes for setting up "Groups". None of the user groups I set up are appearing. I'm really nervous that everything is gone... Please help!

NOTE: Preferences... that also displays NOTHING.
