I'm sure that this is really simple, but I'm new to this.

I've installed newbb2 and it works great. I want to use the karate_redux_blue theme but am finding that the pop up menu on the Forums (the one with mark all threads read, etc) is permanently displayed.

I've seen the comment on the Themes Library:

To make the newbb2 Popup Menu work, make sure that the <{$xoops_module_header}> is included in your theme.html

This doesn't seem to be in the theme.html file.

Some questions:

1. where in theme.html file does <{$xoops_module_header}> go?
2. do I need to do anything else to make the menu work as it should (it works ok in the blue_shine theme, for example)?
