When a user tries to add a new account in Mozilla they get the finish screen and then this message "Could not register new user". Yet this process works fine in IE? This is also the same event that I received when I tried to create a user on xoops.org. I do not have any special protection levels in my browser so I was wondering if anyone had some ideas.
