Hey, i have to create a web shop. No I have to decide wether I use XOOPS with osCommerce module or use a shop script without xoops. Does ist make sence to use XOOPS for that??
Some opinion would be great.

Yeh it makes sense to use it in XOOPS if the module has been made well, as that will add security of XOOPS its self.. (I feel)...Especially with Protector installed also, for all sorts of defense systems built in....

IMHO Zen Cart integration with XOOPS module is the way to go.
You can get it here: (also check authors site for updates and support)
Zen Cart XOOPS Integration module
Integrates well with your XOOPS theme and has very few bugs compared to oscommerce. Zen Cart integration with XOOPS is far easier to work with all the bells and whistles and less confusion. Just MHO. I've researched several of them as stand alone too. Still Zen Cart gets my vote!
