Database xoops_bb_posts_text crash

Hi, my database xoops_bb_posts_text of my XOOPS forum is crashed already several times (newbb v1)...

When I click a topic title then, I get no topic...

I repaired the database several times already, but it keeps crashing (once in 2 days or so)

Someone got a solution or some tips to reduce this?

PS: can't update the forum because I changed a lot on the forum. Edited some files etc...

What exactly did you change?

Just because you made modifications does not mean they cant be updated. It just means you have a few more steps to undergo.

The real issue here is that you are requesting support on ancient versions of modules.

It would be more benefiicial if you just explain what you modified and ask how well it would port over to the current release of cbb.

There would be no problem in case you haven't changed the db structure

So the best solution is to just update my Newbb v1 to the newest version? were can I get it?

I edited some php files in the main newbb directory, template files (in the template directory), some files in the include directory and class.forumpost (class directory)
I don't loose these changes when I update??

You will have to redo them.

Make a backup of your files before you update, then update then open up the edited files and add in the changes you made.

In the long run you will be happier....
