The last step of the instructions are as follows, and Im clueless as to what I need to do, and I cannot login for some reason, pls assist!

modify this table manually once the operation is finished to change your webmaster group from 2 to 1

Unfortunately do to lack of info provided I can only presume the change must be made in the database itself. You will need to access your MySql XOOPS database via something like phpmyadmin from your hosting cpanel.

WARNING: Always Back-Up your database before making changes to the database!

-Find the table xoops_groups or (yourprefix_groups)
-Locate the browse icon and click on it, you should then see the group names and the ID assigned to them along with -other info as well.
-Now find the Webmaster line and click on edit or the edit icon which is probably looks like a pencil
-Locate the VALUE column and change (if it is a 2) to a 1
- SAVE IT
