I have look all over the Blank page FAQ but I was changing the httpd.conf file to make it so that my host name wouldn't come up on the web address anymore and when I changed the document root to http://mydomain/xoops and then go back into xoops, it gives me a blank page. Everything I have tried on the blank page FAQ doesn't work. Any suggestions?

When I changed the document root could that of caused XOOPS not to reconize something?

no it didn't...I realized what happend... When i changed the document root and reset the server the mysql.sock vanished becuase MySQL server wasn't running anymore. Because I am running everything on OpenBSD and I have my website chrooted my link to mysql.sock was not there anymore making the website think that MySQL wasn't running or not running in the chrooted jail.
