Problem with emoticons on comments

Hi,

my site is up from 4 months, but, from the first day I noticed a problem that I didn't resolved yet..

When someone leave a comment, emoticons are displayed as normal text instead of a image...

I tried everything to resolve this problem [such as modify the render and other things], but with nothing results..

What can I do ? I need really them to show up... But i don't know whatever to do :\

P.S. in cbb and other modules, smileys show up correctly

I've had similar problems. Unfortunately, no solution as yet.

XOOPS 2.0.16 PHP 5.2.2, MySQL 5.0.24a-standard-log, Apache/2.0.54 (Unix)

Actually if the problem is what I think it is, there has been a solution several weeks ago.

Are you using 2.0.14? Have you updated the comment sanatize?

If you check the 2.0.14 news item there is an update for this, or if you update to 2.0.15 it will fix it also.

Please remember to backup first!

I don't know about joep86 but I'm using 2.2.4.

I had a 2.0.13.2 release with this problem, then upgradedo to 2.0.14 and to 2.0.15


No solution :\


Ah, i remember that one time I made a 2.2.4 upgrade and then downgraded again to 2.0.13.2... maybe the problem is there, but i don't have a solution to think :|
