How do you make it so people don't have to sign up but can still view everything as a member who is signed up would be?? I figure it has something to do with the blocks but i am not to sure

go to admin: groups: edit your anonymous group so they have tick boxes to everything you want them to be able to go to.

warning: allowing anonymous users to post comments will attract spam in untold quantities!

I second what Jen has said... if you want people to comment on items, force them to sign in first.

well i am not really wanting comments lol i just want it so they can see the download section on my site without having to sign up

Give anonymous users module access in Groups and disable the comments in the module(s) preferences
