Why is this, and is there a way to fix it?
I have "Notify by mail when a new user is registered?" turned on, and when "Select activation type of newly registered users" is set to "Requires activation by user" or "Activation by administrators", I get an email telling me that a new user has been registered....but when it is set to "Activate automatically" I do not get an email telling me that a new user is registered. Is there something wrong with my XOOPS? or is that just the way it works?
