How does one submit a theme to share with the world?

I've clicked on the links under Themes Library but it says I'm not allowed to submit.

Because of the hack attack, you can no longer submit themes through the Themes Library.

Most themes are submitted using XOOPS News, under Themes. Make sure you include a link where the theme can be downloaded. Someone will review it and post the article for you.

I think someone needs to put something in writing about submitting a theme. That question pops up regularly

This area - like the modules area, probably got closed up in terms of uploads after the hack attacks of days gone by. I suspaect our new site design will open this up again.

When someone with the right permissions comes along they may put it here for you. They have been a bit busy so patience is in order.

In the mean time you could upload your theme and a screen shot to your own site and post a news item - that way we will know where to check it out
