i keep getting this error

SQL/DB Error:
[Can't open file: 'xoops_users.MYD'. (errno: 145)]
SELECT * FROM xoops_users WHERE uid=1

Can anybody point me in the direvtion to fix this problem. I cant even get in to my own site.

My sugestion is this. Access phpmyadmin, select prefix_session table and than chose -repair. It could be demaged.
Don't follow me. I'm lost too.

Thanks for the help, i found the session table but i dont see a repair option

Please check the read before you post link below and tell us about the versions you are using. You can aslo check the FAQ's for questions about DB failures...hth
