I've setup a project for a module I'm developing on Dev.xoops.org. I cannot access CVS to upload code.

Here's the error:
Problem contacting server cvs.sourceforge.net : No route to host


So what's the trick?

Ok,

I'm learning a little about dev.xoops. It appears after you create a project you have to "request cvs access".

I'm at this wiki link:
http://dev.xoops.org/modules/phpwiki/index.php/HowToUseTheCvs

When I click on this link to request access:
http://dev.xoops.org/modules/liaise/index.php?form_id=2

I get a "no permissions to go here" message.

So how do I do this?
