I have a new client and I am building them a XOOPS website. This client is a publisher of family magazines and has three different local magazines. Much of the magazine content is duplicated between the three magazines.
I would like to build them a site that will allow them to have four XOOPS installations that share some of the modules. Is this possible - or am I dreaming?
My thought is this. First, the publisher website. Then, off of that, there will be three magazine websites that will share SmartSection, Forums, and maybe one other module (still thinking this through). Other modules that they will NOT share would be a directory for advertisers, stats, etc. The URL structure would be:
magazine.com
county1.magazine.com
county2.magazine.com
county3.magazine.com
Is this possible? Any ideas on how to do this? Thanks for any input and advice. BTW - I have my own dedicated server that I will house these websites on, so I can do most anything server wise.
