Big Problem please help

I put up my site a couple of weeks ago and its been working great, I'm using 2.0.13. All of a sudden this morning I log in to the site, which worked fine, but I can not get into the admin sections, it says I don't have permission to do so. I looked into the database and it has me listed as a webmaster so I have no clue what could be going on here.

Try this FAQ and others like it in the faults sections of the FAQ's.

Thankyou, for the advice, It turned out to be #1 on that list,
I originally set up the site under one URL, two weeks later I changed it, so all I had to do was edit mainfile.php
