newbb options panel issue

so I installed XOOPS for my personal site more so to test out certian moduals and such before making a multi user site for my mates band..


I have an issue with newbb though the options menu dropdown well its always down i cant seem to fix it or even hide the whole menu or anything ... for an example of what i mean ...

so if anyone has the time to help me out its greatly appreciated.

forgive my typos ive been up for 32 hours coding virious crap.

it seems to be theme specific. as it works fine when i select to view in the default XOOPS theme

Try adding this in the <head> of theme.html

<!-- RMV: added module header -->
<{$xoops_module_header}>

In your system preferences select YES to Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory?

Make sure you empty your templates_c and cache folders.

But it did not work for me

I have tried the same things and have been searching the whole internet with finding a solution.

Does anyone have more suggestions?
