In the themes download section, I can't find what v1 and v2 means.

It refers to the version of XOOPS you are running. I.E. I am using version 2.0.14-RC1. This means I would want to use a v2 (version 2) type theme.

Ok, I'm running 2.0.13.2, does this take the V1 themes?

No, you can make them work after some recoding. But by default... no.
