Where can I find pro developers?

Basically, I was having 'invalid token/sessions' errors and according to searches here, upgrading the XOOPS version may have helped. It didn't and I installed a fresh updated copy. Now I have tried to follow instructions for uploading the database but I keep cocking it up.

My question is how much might it cost to repair given that it should be just a case of uploading the db into a new installation?

Does anyone know of any pro developers I could approach for a quote?
