I guess that all depends on exactly what it is you want to edit. If you want to edit just the link to which the user will be taken to when it is clicked on then all you should have to do is search your theme.html for the <a href""> and edit the end or entire link between the " ". For example if it goes to <a href="http://www.mysite.com/modules/xoopsfaq"> make it <a href="http://www.mysite.com/modules/whatyouwant">
<a href="<{$xoops_url}>/modules/whatyouwant">

It can be what you want just make sure the path between the " "s is correct.

Dont give out your theme man, lol anyone that can help you knows ho to look at the source

here is what you have

change the areas that are BOLD

<table border="0" width="900" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<td width="205" height="16" nowrap="nowrap"><a href="http://n-gamez.net/"><img src="http://n-gamez.net/themes/4thefort/home.jpg" width="41" height="16" alt="Home" ></a><a href="http://n-gamez.net/modules/newbb"><img src="http://n-gamez.net/themes/4thefort/forum.jpg" width="41" height="16"alt="Forums" ></a><a href="http://n-gamez.net/register.php"><img src="http://n-gamez.net/themes/4thefort/join.jpg" width="41" height="16" alt="Join"></a><a href="http://n-gamez.net/modules/mydownloads/"><img src="http://n-gamez.net/themes/4thefort/file.jpg" width="41" height="16"alt="Downloads"></a><a href="http://n-gamez.net/about_us.php" target="_blank"><img src="http://n-gamez.net/themes/4thefort/about.jpg" width="41" height="16"alt="About Us" ></a></td>
<td width="347"><img src="http://n-gamez.net/themes/4thefort/butto2.jpg" width="347" height="16"></td>
<td width="340%" align="left"><img src="http://n-gamez.net/themes/4thefort/button3.jpg" width="347" height="16"></td>

All this can be found in the "theme.html" file just under the "</head>" tag

Clear your template_c folder, and your browsers cache.
Also make sure in admin system preferances you have it set to update from the theme folder, or whatever it says.
