I would like to clone a module called pagewrap. It allows html to be inserted, while a link is added on main menu. But I want to make more than just one page. Maybe there is also another way around this.

Or

I want to make several html pages, using this theme, with all the menus around. The html page will just have some basic information. I would rather have it this way, cause Im planning to making the links using something like multimneu or hard code my own menu in the theme.html.

any suggestions on either direction?

(Please note Im no PHP developer, or have ever tried to fool with cloning a module. so if you can relate and explain it to me in a dumb way, so i can follow and understand, I would appreciate it!)

There are several modules that allow you to wrap HTML pages: Content, SmartSections, WF-Channels, etc.

See this FAQ: Can I include my own HTML pages in xoops?.
