URGENT- Adjusting weight of start module vs blocks?

Using XOOPS 2.0

Start module is IPB, but when I use that as the start module (versus no start module) I cant adjust the weight of any blocks.

Regardless of wether the weight of a block is 1 or 10 it appears "above" the start module on the index page.

I PLEASE NEED DETAILED/SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS AS TO HOW TO CORRECT THIS!

Preferably so some blocks can be above the module, others below.

Here is the website www.midwestwakeboarder.com

This is not a weight issue, it's to do with how your theme is coded.
In your theme.html you will have
Quote:

<div class="content"><{$xoops_contents}></div>

If this is below the loop for the center/center blocks, any module content will appear below the center/center blocks.
If it is above, all module content will be above the center/center blocks.
Same applies to the center/left and center/right blocks.

It's impossible to have center/center blocks above AND below your module content. But you could have center/center above and left/center & right/center below. (or the other way around)
