Ok to help combat people using my site as ad campaigns, I wish to update my, word censoring file in XOOPS some more.

Does anyone have a good/bad text file of censoring words, it would help if there is also viagra and the other chemicals they keep trying to sell?

As if I add these, #oops# will put a stop to it and allow my site to remain an open forum...

Unfortunately, I dont believe that word filtering is much of a deterent. If viagra is a banned word they will just write V I A G R A or v1agra or some other combination of letters that your filter will miss.

I think that the only effective method is site registration. It doesn't stop the spam completely, but it will eliminate most of it.
