Somehow, after a while of display its content one or another block (for instance last registered users block) no longer shows anything.

I tried removing it, and re-adding, but that still does nothing.

Has anyone run into it?

THANKS!

Hi
this is going to sound a bit like getting the third degree but it is not intended that way. We need a bit more information to be able to help you:
What may have changed?
Has your host server made changes you were unaware of?
What are your versions? (Check read b4u post link below)
Have you updated system modules etc recently?
Have you installed anything since it was working ok?

and finally what do your debugs say?

I appologize.

I thought this could be somewhat of a "known" issue.

Below are my details, however the issue has just gotten fixed.

As I mentioned, it was the list of newly registred users block that suddenly disappeared (and some other non-system block). I have not done anything that I know could affect, nor do I know about any changes on the server.

Just 5 minutes ago I have overwritten some of the XOOPS system files by implementing the profile photo hack, which I then installed.

When I then looked at my front page, the new users block was populated! Go figure...

But thank you for a quick response!

Aren't the cyberspace gremlins fun!

must have been something in a file somewhere that was in that hack...as long as you are fixed I'm happy

Don't know the first thing about 2.2.4 so i can't suggest what else might have happened.

Cheers
