Been experiensing alot of ghosts and trouble lately with my XOOPS.
buglist coming and going, sometimes sending out actiavting mail 4 new users, can`t register new users. Even postet a cryout here a cupple of days ago bout my problems.

I did a local install on XAMPP light/mini-xampp.
last version+ XOOPS 2.2.4

NO buglist, so i will increase the basic security and go live with this local installation and see if things works better then.

Suspect that 4PSA might be one reason the troubles + a blocked php-mailer.

(Why bother getting paranoid over spam when you find medical records and classified documents on filesharing progs?)
