Seeing main sections without having to login

Just testing XOOPS out at www.lifensoulonline.co.uk/testing/

Can't work out to allow anyone viewing the site to see the News section without having to register and login.

Any ideas?

You need to access to groups admin page and give visitors the permessions to access to news section without login.

Thanks. Could you also explain how I change the Copyright 2004 Your Company. Bit in the footer. I've tried editing the Theme.html and changing it there, then uploading it. But refreshing the pages, it looks the same, doesn't seem to see my changes.

Hi,

You need to select YES for Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory? in General settings.

OK I found aloud of what looked like temp files in templates_c directory. Deleted those and refreshed the site. Now its fixed it.

Might be an easier way but that work so its fine now.

Deleting temp files in templates_c is good work in XOOPS world there are module named templates_c cleaner !
