Change myheader.php height?

I'm using the mylinks module and I'd like to find out where the code is to change the height of the myheader.php file. I'm able to change the logo, add other images & content and alter the color of the backgroud, but no matter what I do, the height stays at about 65px. Is the code hidden somewhere else?
