I just installed the 13-2 and it worked for awhile, then all of a sudden i get the "Valid token expired" and noting in the admin can be added or changed. anyone have any ideas?

thats just in case someone asks. and im sure someone will. I love xoops, but this will make me not offer it to my customers if there is a bug like this.

I can't help with an answer but a search on the key words valid token expired rendered a number of threads and XOOPS members who may be of help to you.
