Themes Problem

I had installed new themes into XOOPS and it works correctly except the system admin page.
what should I do to make it apply to all pages in the XOOPS including system admin page?

Xoops 2.0.X doesn't have a custom admin area

Xoops 2.2.X does but you would need to use a theme specifically for XOOPS 2.2.X or create it yourself, theres a seperate theme file for the admin area, if the theme you are using doesn't have it XOOPS will use the default admin theme.

Then, how can I set the XOOPS not to use the default page? becos I also do not know how to create a themes.
