WSOD= White Screen Of Death

I activate "Recent Comments" block, and when I press to "Home Page" It aperiars to me a WSOD!

Why?

Thah problem, only in index.php! If I write user.php this page it apperiars normal to me!

But at first page, or it aperiars a White Screen, or "" [with white background!]!!!

How I can fix this bug?

there is a Golden Rule: WSOD, turn on debug! Otherwise it's impossible to determine what is causing this WSOD.

Also, add version numbers: XOOPS version, php version. Those help too.

all I see is notices, they should not be able to bring a site down.

Yes, All it notices, but Where is problem, and I can't make visible "Recently Comments" Block?
