NO - it is NOT Xoops. But you may copy the layout to XOOPS without any problem and you will get the same sight and a better portal
in valid code we trust

Of course its not Xoops. We CAN'T do the trick with photos. We have to find a smart way of resizig the photos. I ask the community in a previous post but no answear.

I wouldnt really call dynamic thumbs a trick... as far as that module... no clu never heard of it, google produces no results.

you could always script it out though. there are tons of tutorials on this just google "dynamic thumbs"

Theres no reason why a site similar to this couldnt be recreated in Xoops.
