Hello all,

I have a new installation of XOOPS on my website. I notice that when you click on My profile or View Accounts user.php redirects the page to ..\Modules\Profile\userinfo.php?uid=1 and I just get a blank page.

Trying to figure it out, I relize that there isnt even a Profile folder in the modules folder on the server. I relooked at the XOOPS download again, and its not in there either.

This was a installation of 2.0.13.2

Am I missing something ?

Any help is appreciated

The profiles module is for XOOPS 2.2.X XOOPS 2.0.13.2 has a built in profile manager not a module. View Account should point to /user.php not /modules/profiles/user.php in a fresh install of 2.0.13.2

You can register on my website to see what i mean

The only way it would point to /modules/profiles is if you have some 2.2.X files mixed up in there, as XOOPS 2.0.13.2 knows nothing about /modules/profiles/ as it didn't exist when 2.0.X was released.

You never received a welcome email because you used test@test.com

My webhost installed XOOPS for me, but i had asked him. He only downloaded the one package, and installed it.

Well I got in there before you deleted my account, and saw that the link is correct when clicking on 'view profile' so the problem is with user.php download the XOOPS 2.0.13.2 package and just upload /user.php in the root directory overwriting the original.

I changed the user.php to the one found in both the 2.0.13.2 and 2.0.13.1 package, And I am still having the same problem.

Anything else you can think of ?
