I am a New user for XOOPS, I know some html and some php

I have a knowladge about programming language and webdesign

I created a simple website, that's before I know XOOPS

now I want to use XOOPS to make my website a real website



Please I need help to change my old website to XOOPS, I saw FQL but it was not clear,

if there any good explanations for how can I edit mainmenu and, how can I create a themes or a template, I hope explination would be clearly
