ERROR: Could not insert template blah-blah.html to the database.

With almost every module I install or update I get the following message

ERROR: Could not insert template blah-blah.html to the database.

I am running 2.2.3 of XOOPS
MySQL 5.0.18 and php 4.

I've checked everywhere I know on this site to no avail.
Any ideas???

I know it's too late to give an answer but I have fight with this problem since more than one hour.
I don't know what's the exact problem but it's a MySQL problem.
Everything went fine after I rebooted my computer !

There was apparently a corrupted file somewhere in my installation. I reloaded all the XOOPS files (twice) and things got better.
